Bookings aren’t guaranteed until payment has been received, in full. Payment is taken on the basis our terms and conditions are agreed upon. All hire items have a two-day minimum hire.

Seminyak, Kerobokan:$10AUD

Sanur, Canggu, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran: $15AUD

Uluwatu, Bingin, Ubud: $20AUD

Pererenan, Tabanan, Bingin, Seseh: $25AUD

Nusa Lembongan & Nusa Ceningan: $30AUD

Deliveries and collections are done between the hours of 8am and 5pm any deliveries or collections outside of these hours, can result in a fee equal of another days hire.

If you have a waterslide in your booking we charge a $35AUD inflation fee - this includes delivery of all your other items also so there is no delivery fee. This one fee includes maintenance during your stay on the chance your slides should need more air or patching. 

Fences come with a fence fee which includes; 

Delivery, Instillation, Pack down and removal.

Fence Fees are as follows -

Kuta / Legian / Seminyak/ Kerobokan $65au

Sanur / Berawa / Nusa Dua / Umalas $70au

Ubud / Canggu/ Tabanan / Bingin/ Uluwattu / Gianyar $75au

 Our team have been trained on how to safely install pool fencing, and they are known across Bali to be master's at this craft.

BONDS

Please note all our items do come with a fully refundable security bond. Damages, breakages or loss of product may result in partial or complete loss of bond. Bond is returned to your nominated bank account around 72 hours after we have collected the items. Our team do not return bonds by cash. Customers have 5 months to collect their bonds

CANCELLATIONS

Our cancellation policy is 100% refund if the items are cancelled 1 week before delivery + a $25aud admin fee 

Cancellations under 6 days  70% refund + a $25aud admin fee

Cancellations under 2 days have no refund. 

All hired items must be used with the guidance of an adult. Our water products are NOT flotation devices, and all minors need to be supervised at all times while using them.

POOL SLIDES

Please ensure your pool has the correct surrounding's to have a pool slide installed. 

We need a flat surface, the pool cant have a raised edge and if having pool fence installed externally they need to allow enough space for our team to install the pool. Refunds on the day cant be given if the slide can not be installed due to the above conditions not being met. 

Terms & Conditions
By booking, and paying for the products of Bali Kidz Hire the hirer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. I acknowledge the hired item is to be always used under adult supervision.
2. I knowingly and freely assume all risks, both known and unknown, even arising from the negligence of the releasees or others, and assume full responsibility by hiring the said equipment and the use there of by my child/children wheresoever situated.
3. I understand the items I’m hiring are governed under the Indonesian Law as use of them is in Bali
4. I hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless Bali Kidz Hire (the releasees), their officers, agents and/or employees, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises with respect to any and all injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property, whether arising from the
negligence of the releasees or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. I acknowledge that the risk of injury from the misuse of the toys/equipment hired if not used for the purpose intended may be significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and
death.
6. This release and waiver shall be binding on my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns.
7. I confirm I have been afforded the opportunity to obtain independent legal advice.
